Code for Ethics

The Code of Ethics forms a part of the Corporate Compliance program that CETIN Bulgaria (PPF Group) has adopted in view of its interest in complying with legal regulations, international treaties, rules of ethics, morals, and fair commercial conduct The PPF Group is a broadly diversified investment group from the perspective of geography and sectors. Despite this significant diversification, the PPF Group is united with respect to compliance with legal regulations, international treaties, rules of ethics, morals, and fair commercial conduct. The PPF Group and all its Associates, without exceptions, follow the Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics contains fundamental principles and values that the PPF Group complies with and intends to comply with in the future, and they represent a binding guide and framework for the PPF Group and its Associates. The PPF Group ensures compliance with rules and principles enshrined in this Code of Ethics, and it does not tolerate a failure to comply with them by the PPF Group or the Associates.
